2020年9月1日至3日，为庆祝重庆力赢智能科技研究院有限公司成立1周年，加强我司文化建设，增进同事间感情交流，放松身心，同时感谢在职员工一年多以来对公司的信任、陪伴和付出，经我司院长研究决定，我司全体在潼职工前往雅安碧峰峡进行本次周年团建活动。
With the aim for celebrating the one year anniversary of Chongqing Liying Intelligent Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Leand), strengthening the cultural construction of our company, enhancing the emotional exchange among colleagues and expressing gratefulness to all the employees for their trust, accompany and dedication, the leaders of our company decided to carry out this group activity in Bifeng gorge of Ya’an city from september 1st to 3rd2020.
2020年9月1日一早全体员工自驾自潼南出发一路经过5小时左右到达预约好的如来民宿酒店，酒店内外环境都挺不错，伴着窗外流水声和鸟叫声，一行人休息之后便到附近的上里古镇兜了一圈，镇上的建筑倚河而建，颇有当地特色，街上有来来往往的行人，新鲜奇特的当地美食，有雅鱼、还有手工哒哒面、麻辣鸭头，有编织小动物的手艺人，还有当地随处可见的写生人……
On the morning of September 1st, 2020, all the staff drove from Tongnan and arrived at the hotel that was ordered in advance after 5 hours or so. The internal and external environment of the hotel was pretty nice. With the sound of running water and birds outside the window, we took a nap there. And then we walked along the street of the Shangli ancient town. The buildings there were built against the river, which had strong local characteristics. There were pedestrians coming and going on the street and different yummy food, such as fish, hand-made noodles, spicy duck heads, etc. We even met some craftsmen who were selling some cute animals made by palm leaves and sketchers also could be seen everywhere…
当日下午，各领导处理好手上的事情到酒店休息一番之后，就领着员工们到镇上的红军饭店享受晚餐。酒足饭饱寒暄完毕又回到民宿，吃吃烧烤，打打麻将，吹吹河风……就这样结束了美好的第一天。
In the afternoon of that day, our leaders also arrived at the hotel and took a break after finishing their affairs. Then they led us to the Red Army restaurant in the Shangli ancient town to enjoy dinner. After that, we came back the hotel. Some colleagues ate barbecue, some played mahjong, and others just enjoyed the river breeze and relaxed themselves. That’s how it ended the first day.
次日是本次团建活动的重头戏，我司员工们吃完早餐便奔赴世界自然遗产四川大熊猫栖息地、国家5A级旅游景区、全国科普教育基地——碧峰峡风景区，这里树木葱茏、天气凉爽宜人，隔一会儿便能见到形态各异、名称丰富的瀑布峡谷。自是峡谷，便有坡坡坎坎，一路下坡半程之后便开始了磨练意志的后半程，一路的梯坎一路地谈论一路的拍照，经过4小时的跋涉欣赏沿途风景，全员都顺利走完了全程。
The next day was the highlight of this activity. After breakfast, we just drove to Bifeng gorge. This gorge is the habitat of Sichuan pandas which are the world natural heritage, the 5A tourist attraction as well as the national science education base. Trees there are verdant and the weather was cool and pleasant. Dozens of gorges with various shapes and names could be seen along the tour. Since it is a gorge, there are many slopes and canyons. It was comparably easy for us to walk the first half of the route since it was a downhill path. However it became quite difficult to walk the later half. After 4 hours of trekking, all of us completed the whole route. We appreciated much gorgeous scenery along the way, talked fondly and took a lot of photos.
中午，大家都饿了也累了，但此时午饭还没好，员工们也是体累心不累，于是一行人乘坐观光车去到了熊猫基地，兜了一圈，见到了几只为数不多刚午休醒来的留洋大熊猫，也是憨态可掬。回来之后大家逛逛纪念品铺子、吃完午饭便换到另一家民宿休息养神。养足精神后，晚饭到附近吃了柴火鸡，大饱口福。
All of us felt hungry and tired at noon but the lunch didn’t get ready. So we took the sightseeing bus to the panda base with great anticipation. There were only several pandas which had just woken up. And these charmingly naïve pandas even have been abroad. After that, we went to some souvenir shops and came back to the restaurant to have our lunch. And then we had a break. As for supper, we had firewood chicken nearby.
由于路途遥远，第3日即9月3日，一行人就驾车回潼，到时已是下午，大家最后吃了集体饭便各自回家休息，准备收收心迎接新一天的工作啦。
Since there is a long distance between BIfeng gorge scenic spot and Tongnan district, so we drove back just on the third day. It was already afternoon when we arrived, so we had lunch together and then went back to rest. It was time for us to get ready for work of next day.
团建活动是一项可以加深员工及领导间的交流，增强归属感和凝聚力的活动，相信员工们除了手机里多了一次打卡经历以外，大家的心也拉近了一大步，公司的未来发展也更有望。相信在院长们的带领下，公司在新的一年以及以后的每年都能迎来更好的光景！
Group construction activity can not only deepen the communication between employees and leaders but also can enhance the sense of belonging and cohesion. I believe that this tour was not only a simple experience recorded in our mobile phones, it must have shortened the distance of colleague’s hearts. The future development of our company also will be more promising. I also believe that our company will usher in a better future in the coming year with the leadership of our leaders.
